1. Business Model
Laxmi Garments operates as a Print-On-Demand (POD) business.
All products are custom printed only after an order is placed.
Since each product is made to order, order cancellations, returns, or exchanges are limited (see Refund Policy).
2. Orders & Payments
Orders will be processed only after successful payment via our secure payment gateways (Razor pay, PayPal, UPI, Cards, etc.).
Prices displayed on the website are final and inclusive/exclusive of taxes (as applicable).
Laxmi Garments reserves the right to cancel any order in case of fraudulent activity or incorrect details.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Standard shipping timelines: 7–12 business days (may vary depending on product type and delivery location).
Delays due to courier services, natural causes, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.
4. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Since all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product delivered is:
Defective/damaged
Wrong item/size/design compared to order
To request a replacement, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing proof & images.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Laxmi Garments.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content/designs is strictly prohibited.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate details (name, address, contact info, size, and customization details if any).
Laxmi Garments will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
7. Limitation of Liability
Laxmi Garments shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by product use.
Our maximum liability shall be limited to the value of the product purchased.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
9. Updates to Terms
Laxmi Garments reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
